INTRODUCTION:
1.1 Afghanistan is a country of different cultures, communities and climates. Due to
war and economic instability construction of necessary infrastructure was for
many years not undertaken, however recently especially since the increased
international attention on Afghanistan; the country has been given the
opportunity to rebuild the necessary infrastructures for local Afghan society.
1.2 Ariena Helmand Construction and Logistic Company (AHCLC) is a private
company working under the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (IRoA) government
regulations for private sector in order to take part in rehabilitation,
reconstruction and development of Afghanistan. AHCC registered with
Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA) in Afghanistan.
1.3 AHCLC accepts grants, donations and other financial assistance from any
governmental agencies, authorities, public bodies, corporations, organizations
with a view of promoting the objectives of the society subject to special
conditions.
1.4 Being technical oriented Construction, Logistic and Supply company having the
goal to take part in construction, rehabilitation and development of socioeconomic
infrastructures of the Afghanistan, such as schools, clinics, roads,
irrigation and water supply systems, shelters, emergency assistance, and
containers creation for Afghan National Police (ANP), Afghan National Army
(ANA) and Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) and NATO/ISAF forces which
is mainly focus on progress of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (IRoA).
