Free benchmarking service
Before becoming a member, an Elite account manager will be in touch to arrange a free benchmarking report. We’ll look at your purchasing in detail, ask some questions about your purchasing objectives and make recommendations for money saving opportunities based on the suppliers and prices which you are currently paying.
If we’re able to find significant savings for you and you decide to become a member, we’ll regular carry out benchmarking reports to ensure that your costs continue to stay low, giving you peace of mind that you are always achieving the best prices.

Personal account manager
At Elite, we firmly believe in the personal touch - so as a customer you will work with a personal account manager who will be your daily point of contact. Their role is to work closely with you and your team to ensure you gets the most out of your Elite membership.
They'll work closely with our buying team and suppliers on your behalf to make sure you get the best prices on our range of products and services.
The Elite membership is divided into 2 geographical regions: Kabul and the North and Central and South. Each region has a customer account team, giving you both office and field based support, dependant on the needs of your business.
The Elite customer account teams are here to ensure you're getting the products and service you need, at the right price. The team will help you make the most of the wealth of experience within Elite, saving you time and money and taking the hassle out of your purchasing.

Central billing
Elite customers benefit from a central billing service, which means you will receive one
monthly statement for all of your purchases through Elite suppliers – dramatically reducing your administration time. This service is free of charge, and further reduces your
bank charges by preventing the need to set up individual direct debits with each supplier – ensuring you remain totally in control.

Elite online
Elite online is much more than just online purchasing – it’s a complete ‘procure to pay’ solution, providing a robust platform for driving purchasing compliance and improving business efficiency and profitability.
Elite online is a simple web based portal through which orders can be placed for a variety of products from multiple suppliers in the form of an online catalogue. From this one simple ordering process, requests are distributed to the relevant suppliers, invoices are automated and goods checked and receipted. This will:

About us
Elite is the purchasing specialist for hospitality businesses. Founded in 2000, we work in partnership with over 150 suppliers to provide purchasing support and advice to our 2,000 members. We manage over $120 million dollars worth of purchasing each year.
Elite purchasing is part of Interchange and Consort Hotels, which also operates Best Western Hotels GB and InnFutures.The team includes 30 people at the York based head office, with a further 10 people in field positions across the Afghanistan. The roles within the business include Purchasing, Customer Accounts and Marketing.
Elite has strong relationships with well-known national and regional supplier partners, offering all the products and services which our members need – from baked breads to king sized beds.
In 2009 Elite launched the Elite green hotel, providing information and guidance for hoteliers who are keen to purchase responsibly. Since then, we’ve become well known for our passion for ‘greener’ purchasing.
