NSCC is an active company working through direct cooperation with local Ministries, NGO’s, Resident and contractors and registered by Afghan Investment Support Agency (AISA) with ID # D-40370. NSCC uses a variety of delivery methods to meet specific needs of clients including construction management, program management, design‐build and general contracting.
