RCC was established for the first time in 2007 and done many jobs in different fields which are running with the lead of Rohul Amin Afzaly (Director) and Hameedullah as a (Duty Director) for that. Our main office is in Kabul and our sub-offices are located all over the country, also we have our branches in different countries.
Objectives:

The purpose of RCC is to carry out all kinds of activities relevant to Survey, Engineering, Mapping, Designing, Controlling, Safety and Consultation. To undertake all kinds of surveys and studies relating to infrastructures construction, land tenure and land development and to provide all kinds of services to public and private companies and in the aforementioned domains.
