Head of Islamic Banking for Azizi Bank
Azizi Bank is one of the leading banks in the region and looking for a strong strategic and well-experienced individual for a start up Islamic banking. The responsibilities include starting Islamic Banking in the Bank, developing policies, procedures, products etc and managing Islamic Banking functions such as managing day-to-day operations of Islamic Banking venture, developing the business and client relationships and setting up and maintenance of systems and processes.
Support Functions: Providing support to the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Bank in areas of leadership, direction, development and implementation of Bank’s policies and procedures regarding Islamic Banking.
Position Requirements:
• Graduate / Post Graduate or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions
• Candidates with additional Degree/Diploma in Shariah Law, Islamic Banking & Finance, MBA (Finance) will be given preference
• 15 years of diversified Banking experience including 3 years as a Regional or Departmental Head. Candidate having hands-on Islamic Banking experience of 3 to 5 years will be given preference
• Candidate should have working knowledge of Islamic Banking and Shariah compliant products
• Candidate should have extensive Supervisory and Managerial Experience
