Oracle & Linux Training for Afghanistan National Data Center

MCIT now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Oracle & Linux Training for Afghanistan National Data Center. The overall objective of this training is to build the capacity and upgrade the technical skills of ANDC staff in the areas of RDBMS (Oracle) administration and PLATFORM (Linux) Administration Industry base training, which is required for sustainable Data Center operations and ensuring maintenance of ANDC.

Open Tendering/Bidding is being conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.

In all cases, one completed copy of the offer must be sent via email not later than 2:00pm (Kabul Time-5th Feb 2008.) An electronic copy will be considered complete if it contains all required documentation and signatures. In addition to the electronic copy, the original and one completed copy of the offer must be delivered in person or sent by registered mail or other means to the following address:
