The ICT Department of MCIT has received a credit from the Telecommunication Development Fund (TDF) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for Supply of Technical Books to the ICT Department of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) at Kabul, Afghanistan.

The Ministry of Communications and IT now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply of Technical Books, as required by the ICT Department of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) at Kabul, Afghanistan. The contract is for supplying Technical Books at Kabul,

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information request for the bidding documents from the Foreign Procurement Department (FPD) of MCIT-Kabul during office hours 9 am to 3 pm. Foreign Procurement Department of MCIT-Kabul will be the primary point of contact throughout the procurement process and all bidding-related correspondence from FPD will be delivered via Email. A complete set of bidding documents in English would be received by the interested Bidders by E-mail on the submission of a written application to the address below:-
