Wise Strategic Communication (WSC)
Wise Strategic Communication (WSC) is the only Afghan company specializing in strategic communication. We work closely with Afghan government agencies, the US and other Coalition governments, the United Nations and a range of non-governmental organizations operating in Afghanistan. WSC is assembling a team of technical specialists to evaluate the capacity of several major Afghan universities to develop and disseminate media products (e.g., student-led radio broadcasting, magazine/newspaper publishing, and video production). The structural engineer will be a key member of our team, which will travel to six university campuses in a six-week period to assess the current media capacities of each school and the potential for expanding these capacities through new construction and/or investment in appropriate equipment and personnel training.
