Arlas Consultants as national organization was established in October 2005 and is registered with AISA. AC is involved in developing curriculum for schools, teacher training, vocational training, on the job training, marketing, human resource development, developing academic training materials, policy and procedure, reform consultancy and many other management fields. AC has signed an agreement with Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission (IARCSC) to train the local governance employee in four provinces of Kabul, Parwan, Kapisa and Panjshir funded by UNDP.
